Things to Know before Check In

Do I need to bring sheets and towels?
- Each home is equipped with these items. Every unit is cleaned prior to the guest’s arrival and fresh linens are provided.

Do I need to bring paper towels, dish soap and other necessary items?
- Every unit is provided with a starter set of paper towels, toilet tissue, laundry detergent and dish soap. Any additional items need to be purchased by the guest.

Will there be a Washer/ Dryer at the unit?
- Every Vail Valley Getaway unit comes with a complete washer/dryer.

Do you have pet-friendly properties?
- Most of our properties are not pet friendly but we would be happy to recommend local kennels to take care of your pets during your stay. We have a few select pet friendly properties contact your reservationist for more information.

Can guests use the garage and elevator in the homes?
- Garage and elevator use depends on the property. Vail Valley Getaway will do everything we can to accommodate elderly guests or those with disabilities.
For your convenience, each property comes with the following:
- Washer/Dryer
- Linens
- Bath towels
- Start-up supplies of dishwasher and laundry detergent, toilet paper and paper towels
- Every kitchen is fully equipped
- Iron and Ironing board
- Trash pickup and receptacles
Deposits
When you make your accommodation reservations, you will receive a confirmation and deposit request. A check for the deposit of the rental is required to guarantee your reservation. Checks should be mailed to: Vail Valley Getaway, P.O. Box 4839, Edwards, Colorado, 81632. Please put your home name or address on your check.
Balances
Your balance is due 60 days prior to arrival and can be paid by personal check.
Arrival/Departure
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. A $25 per-hour charge can be administered for late departures. Late arrivals are no problem. After-hours check-ins can be arranged with prior notification.
Occupancy
The occupancy of each accommodation is limited to the number of persons indicated on your rental confirmation. Any exception must be approved by the management of Vail Valley Getaway.

At the traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto Buck Creek Rd,
At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto Avon Rd,
At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on Avon Rd,
At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto W Benchmark Rd,
Destination will be on the right.
