On Sunday, amateur pit masters will be able to showcase their talents at the Backyard BBQ Competition.
Enjoy Blues musicians from around the country! Barbecue masters will be competing for bragging rights and cash prizes for an entire year! On Saturday a panel of professional judges will rate a variety of meats and side dishes according to appearance, taste and tenderness. Once again, attendees will have the chance to vote on Saturday and Sunday to determine the People’s Choice winner for Best Barbecue Vendor.
