Guests will have to drive or take a taxi to/from the slopes at Vail or Beaver Creek. Vail is 8.5 miles away and Beaver Creek is 5.5 miles away. During the winter months, we provide our guests with pre-paid visas to use for parking at Vail or Beaver Creek.

Departing after 10:00 AM without prior written approval of a late check-out can result in a per hour charge of $250.00. Keys must be left on the kitchen counter. Failure to leave your keys will result in a $50.00 lock exchange charge. If locked out, the guest is responsible for any cost to send a locksmith.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations that occur more than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a full refund of any deposits held, less the amount of one night’s stay, the damage insurance, and any booking fees. Any deposits held on reservations that are cancelled within 60 days of arrival will be forfeited by the Tenant.
Travel can be unpredictable, variable, and plagued by delays and cancellations. To help our guests feel more at ease with their luxury travel investment, we offer Red Sky Travel Insurance. This insurance protects against trip cancellation, trip interruption, and trip delays. Please request more information from your booking agent at Triumph Mountain Properties if you wish to add travel insurance to your reservation. This insurance must be added before this contract is signed and sent back if requested.
