Just off the coast of the Belize mainland, on the rustic and charming island of Caye Caulker is Blu Zen. A 25 unit condominium development situated on the beach with breathtaking views of the world’s second largest Barrier Reef and a refreshing tropical breeze. There is a huge infinity pool for your use. There is a NEW BluZen Restaurant and Poolside Bar available for your entertainment & KoKo King is also on this north side of the island. Since we are located on the North Side of Caye Caulker we are available by resort run boats to make your trip to the south side of Caye Caulker very convenient. You may also catch the ferry from KoKo King (located 1 mile away) which runs every half hour. It is so nice to spend time on the South Side then return to your quiet retreat on the North Side. Welcome to Blu Zen.

Our condo has unobstructed views of the ocean and the reef off of the north side of Caye Caulker. We have a Brand NEW two bedroom, two bathroom condo directly on the ocean. Our master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twins (can be made into a king). Each bedroom has a 50 inch tv with cable television. Our living room has a sectional couch and a 50 inch television. Our fully stocked kitchen has brand stainless appliances, new refrigerator with ice maker and filtered drinkable water. The kitchen island doubles as a dining room table with room for 6. The outside deck will have four chairs to enjoy the sunrise or just chill with the beautiful day. This is a truly luxury experience that is unparalleled on Caye Caulker.
If our calendar is full, please be sure to ask about availablity, as we have access to rent every available condo at Blu Zen. As of January 2020, Blu Zen construction phase 1 is 99% complete and phase 2 is under construction just to the south of the existing buildings. Discounts are available to those looking for a luxurious deal in breathtaking Belize.
***Please note, children under 18 years of age must have proper documentation, including a valid passport and letter of parental consent if traveling with one parent, otherwise they will not be allowed into the country.

To confirm a reservation a deposit of 50% of your total stay per unit is required at time of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For arrivals within 30 days we require payment in full to confirm a reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
