Guests can walk to the slopes as well as restaurants, shops, and all that Vail Village has to offer from this beautiful location.This Riva Ridge South Condo is just 0.1 miles from Gondola 1 through the heated streets of Vail. The walk takes 4 – 6 minutes without incline. Guests also receive complimentary ski storage at the Ski Haus located at the base of Gondola 1 in Vail Village if they have their own gear, or rent from the Ski Haus!

All children are welcome. All children or adults stay free of charge when using existing beds.
Deposit Policy
A non- refundable deposit is collected at the time of booking. Final balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Holiday reservations must be fully paid by October 1st.
No-show Policy
In case of No-show 100% of advanced deposits paid will be forfeited
