CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 AM

Departing after 10:00 AM without prior written approval of a late check-out can result in a per hour charge of $250.00. Keys must be left on the kitchen counter. Failure to leave your keys will result in a $50.00 lock exchange charge. If locked out, the guest is responsible for any cost to send a locksmith.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of cancellation, full refund of the deposit less a $50 per night cancellation fee ($200 minimum);$100 per night fee ($400 minimum) on Christmas & New Year's reservations; will be made only if written notice is received at least 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE (EXCEPT CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS RESERVATIONS). All payments will be FORFEITED on cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival unless the entire space is rebooked. (Christmas & New Year's reservations' payments will be FORFEITED unless notice of cancellation is received prior to October 1st). All re-booked space is subject to a 20% re-booking fee.
