Next-door at the Willows is a large 22-person outdoor rock hot tub for Riva Ridge Guests to enjoy, including a changing room. Underground parking is complimentary at Riva Ridge for 1 vehicle per unit. All guests also receive complimentary access to the Vail Athletic Club also located in Vail Village.
This spacious ground floor one bedroom condo with two bathrooms can sleep up to four guests. The kitchen has recently been remodeled, there is a cozy gas fireplace in the living room, and guests can walk to the slopes as well as restaurants, shops, and all that Vail Village has to offer.This Riva Ridge South Condo is just 0.1 miles from Gondola 1 in the winter and from the Berry Picker Trailhead in the summer through the heated streets of Vail. Guests also receive complimentary ski storage at the Ski Haus located at the base of Gondola 1 in Vail Village if they have their own gear, or rent from the Ski Haus!

Cancellations are subject to full forfeiture of all deposits paid.
Child Policy All children are welcome. All children or adults stay free of charge when using existing beds.
Deposit Policy A non- refundable deposit is collected at the time of booking. Final balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Holiday reservations must be fully paid by October 1st.
No-show Policy In case of No-show 100% of advanced deposits paid will be forfeited
