Spacious and convenient, Stonegate Townhomes are tucked into the center of the Highlands area and provide convenient access to both the ski slopes and Beaver Creek Village. Ski in and out directly from your residence on the Highlands Skiway, just steps from the private ski room as is the outdoor pool and hot tub.

SKI ACCESS: From the second level of the home simply walk out the door from the ski room to find yourself on the bridge connecting you to the green Cinch run, also known as Highlands Skiway.  Ski on down to Beaver Creek Village or Ski School and back to this point at the end of your ski day!

From the garage or main entrance of the home guests can choose to go one flight of stairs or down.  If down you’ll find the additional family room as well as the first guest bedroom with two sets of twin bunk beds and its own en suite bathroom.

Up one level you’ll be greeted by three more guest bedrooms as well as your main ski access and boot room.  Two of the bedrooms on this level each have a king bed with en suite bath, and the third has a queen bed with en suite bath.

The 3rd level of the home is where you’ll find the main entertainment area with hardwood flooring throughout the kitchen, living room, and dining area.  The kitchen is spacious and has additional breakfast bar seating for three, and the dining room provides accommodations for ten guests.  The great room has a flat screen TV, large stone fireplace, and views of the ski way beyond.

The uppermost level of the home houses the master suite with king bed, additional loft, flat screen TV, and its own en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub.
